alpha 0.42a update

Changes:

• the auto step assist for half block disabled due to getting stuck in blocks. (will be added later and better)

Multiplayer:

• fixed a bug where some regions will corrupt and all blocks was lost
• old clients will get kicked and receive the following message if they are trying to connect to up-to-date servers:

Fixes: 

• item entities at light level 0 will not be black anymore
• fab station is affected by light level and not fully lit up anymore
